I learned the important people… the important things…they don’t go away

Sometimes it happens in an instance. We step up, we see a path forward. We see a path and we take it. Even when we have no idea where we’re going

 Okay, we’re gonna be okay. You and I, we’re a team, right? We’re tough. We have that in common. I am very glad you’re here. 

I think what I need more than anything else in the world is to be told (just once) that a friend doesn’t know what they would do without me.

Our curiosity was far greater than our fear

Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It’s not something you learn in school. But if you haven’t learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven’t learned anything.

I want to live under a wider sky. I want to know the meaning of freedom

Sometimes when I say “I’m okay”, I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say, “I know you are not”
